It is necessary for the trust to retain application data for audit purposes and to meet our regulatory obligations . This data is also retained for checking against any future applications you make and to guard against any fraudulent applications

If you provide false or misleading information to the trust the trustees reserve the right to take action which may include refusing your current and any future applications . The trustees may refer any false application for investigation by the police or report the matter to any agency which supported your application .
